he following phrases, logos, and designs are some of the trademarks of the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids. No other entity may use any Campaign trademarks for their own purposes - or use any similar phrases, logos, or designs that violate the Campaign's trademark rights - without the prior written consent of the Campaign. Pursuant to existing trademark law, the Campaign must take all necessary steps to protect its trademarks and related trademark rights.
"Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids" and the related Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids hotdog logo are registered Campaign trademarks. The Campaign for tobacco-Free Kids button is also a Campaign trademark, with its formal registration pending.
"Kick Butts Day" and the related logo are Campaign trademarks, with formal registration pending.
"Tobacco vs. Kids. Where America Draws the Line" is a registered trademark of the Campaign.
"National Action Network" and the related logo are registered trademarks of the Campaign.
