Kick Butts Day is a national day of activism that empowers youth to speak out, stand up and seize control against Big Tobacco at more than 2,000 events from coast to coast.

Can I register more than one Kick Butts Day event?
Yes. After you register your first event, you can register additional events. Simply follow the link on the right-hand side of the Kick Butts Day Web site to "Register additional events"
How many Kick Butts Day guides can I order?
In order to keep the cost of the Kick Butts Day program down there is a limit of one (1) guide per advocate. We encourage you to visit our Web site and download the guide if you need more copies.
You can also buy hard copies of the guide for $5 in the Kick Butts Day online store.

Can we reproduce the KBD logo on our promotional materials?
The Kick Butts Day logo, as well as the phrase Kick Butts Day, and its derivatives, are trademarks of the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids.
While the logos can be used freely as part of a registered Kick Butts Day activity, they should not be used to imply that the Campaign has officially sponsored or endorsed any specific Kick Butts Day-related actions you take or statements you make.
In addition, the Kick Butts Day trademarked logo cannot be altered in any way, and the Kick Butts Day logo and phrases cannot be used for any other purposes beyond your Kick Butts Day activities without express prior permission from the Campaign.

Who do I contact if I have questions about Kick Butts Day merchandise?
For questions about merchandise or your shop order, call the shop directly at (866) 840-0474 Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST. You can also contact us via e-mail at KBDinfo@tobaccofreekids.org. Please do not contact us at our Washington, D.C. office.
Can we receive discounts on merchandise if we order in bulk?
We wish we could but our prices are already so low we're not able to give additional discount. The items are priced to simply cover the Campaign's cost of producing the merchandise.
I would like to order merchandise using a purchase order. What is the procedure for that?
We receive many requests for this every year but unfortunately, we are unable to sell merchandise via purchase order. Payment for all items must be received in advance via the online shop or by phone (866) 840-0474.
How do I place a tax-exempt order?
In order to place a tax-exempt order, you must call and place the order by phone at (866) 840-0474. Please have your tax exempt number ready.
When will my items ship?
Your merchandise will ship within one business day of the receipt of your order.
I placed my order several weeks ago and have not received it. How can I track this through the mail?
If you requested shipment by standard mail, it should arrive within 7-10 days of ordering.
If requested one of the UPS options, visit the UPS Web site and use the tracking number provided in your email confirmation. You can also contact the Kick Butts Day customer service line at (866) 840-0474.
Can I back order an item that is out of stock?
No, orders for out of stock items will not be taken.
How do I return merchandise I bought from the store?
You may return any merchandise that has not been used and is not damaged for credit on items' charges. Return shipping and handling is not refundable. Please send returns to:

How long has the Campaign been in existence?
The Campaign was launched in September 1995. Find out more.
Who funds the Campaign?
The Campaign For Tobacco-Free Kids accepts no government or tobacco industry funding, but relies on contributions from individuals, philanthropic foundations, corporations and other non-profit organizations. Find out more about how to make a donation.
Do you award grants?
The Campaign provides in-kind assistance to state coalitions working on tobacco control and prevention issues in the states through technical assistance and strategic advice including background data and research to underpin the case for tobacco prevention and communication strategy assistance. We also provide some funding assistance to state coalitions and have small opportunities for other non-traditional tobacco control allies such as religious-based organizations, through our constituency relations team.
Are you affiliated with the Truth organization?
No, The Truth Campaign is part of the American Legacy Foundation, an organization created and funded by the Multi-State Master Settlement Agreement.

The Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids is a 501(c)(3) organization. Donations to the Center are tax deductible as a charitable contribution and support the education and outreach efforts. The CAMPAIGN FOR TOBACCO-FREE KIDS ACTION FUND is a 501(c)(4) organization that focuses on the advocacy and lobbying activities. Donations to the 501(c)(4) are not tax deductible as a charitable contribution.
Do you have any public service announcements (PSAs) that we can show to our group?
In 2008 the Campaign held its first annual PSA contest. Watch the winning videos on YouTube.
Can a member of the CTFK staff come to our school/organization for a presentation or a demonstration?
We wish we could fulfill every request we receive have our staff members speak to schools and organizations, but we might know an expert in your area who would be a good substitute. Contact us at KBDinfo@tobaccofreekids.org and we'll see how we can help you find someone.
